Tō-ji is a Buddhist temple located in the city of Kyoto, Japan. The temple was founded in the early 8th century and is known for its five-story pagoda, which is the tallest wooden tower in Japan.

The temple is open daily from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Admission to the temple grounds is 500 yen for adults and 400 yen for high school and college students. Children under the age of 15 are free.

In the surrounding area, visitors can also explore the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine, which is known for its thousands of torii gates. The shrine is open 24 hours a day and admission is free. The temple is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm and admission is 400 yen for adults and 300 yen for high school and college students.
