The Grande Mosquee in Meknes, Morocco is a beautiful and historic mosque that is definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately, I was unable to find an official website for the mosque, but I can tell you that its hours of operation are generally from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily. There is no admission fee to enter the mosque.
In addition to the mosque itself, there are several other attractions in the area that you may want to check out. The Bab Mansour gate is located just a few blocks away and is a popular spot for taking photos. The Dar Jamai Museum is also nearby and features an impressive collection of Moroccan art and artifacts.
The Bab Mansour gate is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and admission to the Dar Jamai Museum is around 30 MAD (approximately $3.30 USD) per person.
