The Baikal Dunes are located in the Irkutsk region of Russia and can be visited year-round. The official website for the Baikal Dunes is currently unavailable.

The entrance fee to the Baikal Dunes is approximately 200 rubles (about $2.50 USD) per person. The park is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

In addition to visiting the Baikal Dunes, there are several other attractions in the area. The nearby Baikal Museum is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and offers exhibits on the history and ecology of Lake Baikal. The Taltsy Museum of Wooden Architecture is also nearby and features a collection of historic buildings from throughout the region.

Visitors to the area can also take a boat tour of Lake Baikal or go hiking in the nearby mountains. The best time to visit the Baikal Dunes and the surrounding area is during the summer months from May to September when the weather is mild and the area is most accessible.
