Other nearby attractions include the Kópavogur Art Museum, which is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12:00-17:00 and offers free admission. The nearby Álafoss outlet store is also worth a visit, offering a variety of Icelandic wool products.

To access Rauðhólar, take Route 41 (Sudurlandsvegur) towards Kópavogur and turn onto Rauðhólar Road. The site is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Reykjavik.
