The Statue of Lu Xun is located in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. There is no admission fee to see the statue, and it can be viewed at any time of the day. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be an official website for the statue.

Another option is the Sendai Castle Ruins, which can be visited from 9am to 4:30pm. Additionally, the Matsushima Bay area is known for its scenic views and can be explored by boat or on foot.
