Tōdai-ji is a Buddhist temple located in Nara, Japan. It is famous for its Great Buddha Hall, which houses one of the largest bronze statues of Buddha in the world. The temple complex is also home to a number of other important buildings and artifacts.

Admission to Tōdai-ji is 600 yen for adults and 300 yen for children. The temple is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm (April to September) and from 8:30am to 4:30pm (October to March).

In the surrounding area, visitors can also explore Nara Park, which is home to hundreds of wild deer that are considered sacred by the locals. The park is open 24 hours a day, and admission is free. Additionally, the nearby Kasuga-taisha shrine is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The shrine is open from 6:00am to 5:00pm, and admission is free.
