The Hakone Ropeway connects Togendai Station to Owakudani Station, with a stop at Sounzan Station in between. At Owakudani Station, visitors can explore the volcanic valley and enjoy the famous black eggs boiled in the hot springs. At Togendai Station, visitors can take a sightseeing cruise on Lake Ashi.

Nearby attractions include the Hakone Shrine, which is a 30-minute walk from the Togendai Station, and the Hakone Open-Air Museum, which is a 15-minute bus ride from the Sounzan Station. The Hakone Shrine is open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and admission is free. The Hakone Open-Air Museum is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and admission is 1,600 yen for adults and 800 yen for children.
