The Chernivtsi Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M. Ivasyuk is located in the city of Chernivtsi, Ukraine. The library offers various services such as lending books, reading rooms, access to online databases, and more. The library is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about the prices or an official website for the library.
As for places to visit around the library, you can check out the Chernivtsi City Hall, which is located about 500 meters away. It's a beautiful building with a clock tower and a small park in front of it. Another interesting place to visit is the Chernivtsi University, which is about 1 kilometer away from the library. The university is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Ukraine and has a beautiful campus with many historical buildings. The university is open to visitors every day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
