Vysotsky is a skyscraper located in Ekaterinburg, Russia. It is currently the tallest building in Russia outside of Moscow, standing at a height of 188 meters. The building is a mixed-use development, with office space, apartments, a hotel, and a shopping center.

The observation deck on the 52nd floor of the building offers stunning views of the city and surrounding areas. It is open daily from 10am to 10pm, with admission prices ranging from 300 to 500 rubles depending on the time of day.

Another attraction worth visiting is the Ural Federal University, which is one of the largest and oldest universities in Russia. It offers guided tours of its campus, which include visits to its museums and research facilities. Tours are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and must be booked in advance through the university's website.
