The Cachoeira do Sossego is a stunning waterfall located in the Chapada Diamantina National Park in Brazil. The park is open to visitors from 8am to 5pm daily, and the entrance fee is approximately 17 USD per person.
To reach the Cachoeira do Sossego, visitors must embark on a 12km hiking trail through the park. The trail begins at the Vale do Capão village and takes approximately 4-5 hours to complete round-trip. It is recommended that visitors start the hike early in the morning to avoid the heat of the day.
