The National Zoological and Botanical Garden Simón Bolívar is located in San José, Costa Rica. The park is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm every day except Mondays. The entrance fee for adults is $10 and for children under 12 years old it is $5. The official website of the park is www.sinac.go.cr.

The park features a variety of animal exhibits and botanical gardens. Visitors can see monkeys, jaguars, tapirs, sloths, and many other animals. The botanical gardens contain a variety of plant species from Costa Rica and other parts of the world.

In the surrounding area of San José, visitors can explore the city's museums, including the Museum of Contemporary Art and Design and the National Museum of Costa Rica. The Teatro Nacional de Costa Rica is also a popular attraction, featuring ornate architecture and performances by local artists.
