The Chirripó National Park in Costa Rica is home to the Cerro Ena, one of the tallest peaks in the country. The park offers several hiking trails, including a challenging trek to the summit of Cerro Chirripó.

The park is open year-round, but the best time to visit is during the dry season from December to April. The entrance fee for foreigners is $15, and there are several lodges and camping sites available for visitors.

In addition to the park, there are several other attractions in the surrounding area, including the Los Cusingos Neotropical Bird Sanctuary and the town of San Gerardo de Rivas, which is known for its hot springs and traditional Costa Rican cuisine. The bird sanctuary is open daily from 8am to 4pm, and the hot springs are open from 8am to 8pm.
