The Alsaman Mosque is located in the city of Luxor, Egypt. Unfortunately, I could not find an official website for the mosque. As for visiting hours and prices, mosques in Egypt are generally open to visitors for free outside of prayer times. It is recommended to dress conservatively and remove shoes before entering.
In the surrounding area, there are many historical sites to visit such as the Karnak Temple Complex and the Luxor Temple. Both are open daily from 6 am to 5 pm, and tickets cost around 200 EGP for foreigners. The Valley of the Kings is also a popular attraction and is open daily from 6 am to 5 pm, with tickets costing around 240 EGP for foreigners. The Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, are also nearby and can be visited for free.
